For most of my life, I have been in property and construction management as an owner-builder, and I hold a CA General Contractor License to help my clients achieve their property improvement goals. Whether you are looking for a minor repair or restoring and retrofitting a century-old building, I am here to help. 

My favorite projects are garden structures, which vary from designing and building a beautiful pergola to managing the construction of a garden home office or an Accessory Dwelling Unit. I also enjoy managing property repairs, renovations, and interior enhancements, and I love upgrading old homes while carefully preserving their legacy.
