Old Buildings

I love history and architecture, and that’s why I enjoy working with old buildings. While most contractors prefer to build new structures, I welcome the challenge of restoring the charm and glory of old homes while bringing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to the 21st century. While renovating and upgrading historic homes, I pay special attention to preserving the original elements of the house and recreating historically appropriate architectural details. If you value rich architectural history of the Bay Area and hate to see old homes demolished or “modernized” beyond recognition, we have a lot in common, and I look forward to saving another old house together.
