Alternatively, I'm happy to collaborate with your chosen architect. I handle the permitting and entitlement process, saving you time and trouble dealing with the local jurisdiction. 

Once we're ready to build, I gather and present comprehensive bids for all construction phases. I help you choose local subcontractors who offer the best combination of price, availability, and experience. During construction, I manage every aspect, including scheduling, supervision, and inspections, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
